Inside the lab
Our workshop is set up for one job: finding the exact fault in industrial electronics and proving the repair before it leaves. Repair benches, a test area, and storage for spares and the repair queue.

01 · Diagnosis
Find the fault, not just the failed board
Digital storage oscilloscopes for gate-drive, trigger and signal analysis. Isolated variable supplies and true-RMS instruments. Semiconductor, insulation-resistance and hi-pot testing. Thermal inspection to find the hotspots that only appear under load.

02 · Rework
Component-level repair
SMD and through-hole rework stations, magnified inspection for fine-pitch parts, track repair and via reconstruction, conformal re-coating, and controlled cleaning of contaminated boards. ESD-protected work areas.

03 · Load testing
Proven at rated current
A drive-and-motor setup runs repaired drives at rated current for at least 30 minutes. Three-phase variable input lets us check behaviour at brown-out and overvoltage. Extended burn-in before dispatch.
- 1
- No-load power-up: output voltage, frequency, waveform
- 2
- Test motor connected for the drive rating
- 3
- Full load at rated current, 30 min minimum
- 4
- IGBT and heatsink temperatures checked under load
- 5
- Parameters verified
- 6
- Test report with input and output measurements

04 · Programming
Parameterisation and copying
Parameter backup, restore and copying between drives, so a repaired or replacement drive goes back with exactly the settings it left with. Drive commissioning software for the major makes, plus PLC and HMI programming.

05 · Spares
Spares in stock for quick repair
IGBTs, thyristors, driver ICs, bus capacitors and cooling fans held in stock, plus reference units and an end-of-life sourcing network for parts that are no longer made.

06 · Big drives
Room for high-power stacks
Floor space for high-power drive stacks and cabinet drives, and a pickup vehicle for plant collections and deliveries.

Breakdown support
Drive down? Send us the nameplate.
A clear photo of the nameplate and the fault code on the display is usually enough for us to tell you what's likely wrong and what it will take.
