ABB drive repair
ABB drives are our largest single repair line, by a wide margin in our own billing records. ACS550 and ACS800 units come in from steel, forging and auto-component plants every week, and ACS880 drives increasingly as plants upgrade.
We work on them at component level: the IGBT stage, gate drivers, DC bus, control and interface boards, and the keypad. Where the drive supports it we save the parameters before we start and restore them afterwards.

ABB drive down? Send us the nameplate.
A clear photo of the nameplate and the fault code on the display is usually enough for us to tell you what's likely wrong and what it will take.
