Every drive we repair is load-tested before dispatch. We also offer the same testing as a separate service, for new drives before installation or for drives you want checked.
The test
- No-load power-up: output voltage, frequency and waveform
- Test motor connected for the drive’s rating
- Full load at rated current for at least 30 minutes
- IGBT and heatsink temperatures checked under load
- Parameters verified
- Written report with input and output measurements
This removes the risk of a drive failing on first power-up at your plant, and the downtime and site visit that come with it.
